ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge

On May 29, 2024, the parties filed a joint status report which states that they continue to engage in settlement discussion and advises the Court that on May 20, 2024, petitioner's counsel provided a settlement proposal to respondent's counsel, however, respondent counsel contacted petitioner's counsel with additional questions regarding petitioner's settlement proposal. The parties are continuing to work together on a cooperative basis to either fully resolve this matter without the need for trial or, in the event they are unable to reach an agreement, to prepare this case for trial.

Considering the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that on or before July 1, 2024, the parties shall file a joint report informing the Court of the then-current status of this case.
