Present — Martin, P.J., O'Malley, Townley, Glennon and Untermyer, JJ.; Untermyer, J., dissents and votes to reverse and grant a new trial on the ground that a proper measure of damages was not applied.


Action to set aside a fraudulent assignment and for other relief. Judgment so far as appealed from affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
