ORDER

Juan F. Vasquez, Judge

On March 30, 2023, a Motion To Withdraw as Counsel, was filed by Arthur W. Petersen III, counsel for respondent in the above-docketed matter. That motion represented that Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen would remain as counsel for respondent in this proceeding. However, Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen has never properly entered any appearance in this case, as no sufficient signature was reflected on the Answer filed herein.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 17, 2023, Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen shall file a proper Entry of Appearance in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 17, 2023, petitioner shall file any objection to respondent's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel.
