On August 30, 2024, the parties filed as one document a Stipulation and Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index no. 14). Each of the aforementioned documents should have been filed separately. Later on August 30, 2024, the parties filed separately a Settlement Stipulation and Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index nos. 15 & 16).

Upon due consideration, it is hereby
