On June 17, 2024, a First Amended Petition and Motion to Change Place of Trial to Syracuse, New York was filed by Daniel Arno, on behalf of petitioners. Mr. Arno has not filed a proper entry of appearance in this case and does not represent petitioners. See Rule 24, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the First Amended Petition and Motion to Change Place of Trial to Syracuse, New York, filed on June 17, 2024, are deemed stricken from the record. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order on Daniel Arno at his address in the First Amended Petition.
