Sage v. State

Supreme Court of Florida.
Aug 20, 2015
177 So. 3d 1271 (Fla. 2015)

Opinion

No. SC15–478.

08-20-2015

Kevin R. SAGE, Petitioner v. STATE of Florida, Respondent.

Opinion

Because petitioner has failed to show a clear legal right to have the Second District Court of Appeal reinstate his appeal, he is not entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is hereby denied. See Huffman v. State, 813 So.2d 10, 11 (Fla.2000).

QUINCE, CANADY, POLSTON, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
