An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 9, 2019, said appeal having been perfected, And The National Women's Law Center and 39 other organizations having moved for leave to file a brief amici curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the movants are directed to serve and file copies of the brief amici curiae, submitted as Exhibit A with the moving papers, in compliance with 22 NYCRR 1250.9.
