In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in Safeway Insurance Co. v. Hadary, 387 Ill.Dec. 187, 22 N.E.3d 69 (Ill.App.2014). The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of Nelson v. Artley,
2015 IL 118058, 396 Ill.Dec. 374, 40 N.E.3d 27, to determine if a different result is warranted.
