BYRON G. SADLER, SANDRA SADLER, LACY HARBER, DOROTHY HARBER, AND LJH, LTD. Appellants, v. ERIC WHITE, Appellee.

ON APPEAL FROM THE 198TH DISTRICT COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS

Before Justice Benavides, Tijerina, and Silva

ORDER

PER CURIAM

This cause is before the Court on its own motion. On April 3, 2024, this appeal was automatically reinstated. However, the Court's records reflect that appellants have failed to remit the $205.00 filing fee associated with their notice of appeal filed on November 7, 2023. There is no indication in the record that appellants lack the ability to pay this fee. Therefore, appellants are hereby given notice that they must either pay this filing fee or file an affidavit of inability to afford payment of court costs within ten (10) days of this order. Should appellants fail to either remit payment or submit proof of indigency within ten (10) days of this order, this appeal shall be dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 5, 20.1(c), 42.3(c). Accordingly, IT IS SO ORDERED.
