ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On January 13, 2022, petitioner filed in the above-docketed matter a Second Amendment to Petition and a document designated a "Declaration of Counsel in Support of Second Amendment to Petition". The latter, however, consisted in its entirety of an Entry of Appearance, an unnecessary submission insofar as counsel signed the signed the original petition and thus is already entered as petitioner's representative for purposes of this proceeding.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the document filed January 13, 2022, as a purported Declaration of Counsel in Support of Second Amendment to Petition is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
