This case is calendared on the Court's November 29, 2021, San Francisco, California, trial session, which will be conducted remotely via Zoomgov. On November 16, 2021, the undersigned held a conference call with the parties during which petitioner requested a continuance due to a medical issue. Respondent's counsel represented that she did not object to a continuance, and the parties agreed to calendar this case for trial during the Court's February 7, 2022, remote trial session.

During the conference call respondent's counsel represented that she had served a subpoena on Valynn Currie, a non-party witness, to seek her testimony at trial. Ms. Currie remains under subpoena for a trial to be held during the Court's February 7, 2022, session, which will be conducted remotely via Zoomgov.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's November 29, 2021, San Francisco, California, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Extension of Time to File Proposed Trial Exhibits or Stipulation of Facts, filed November 15, 2021, is denied as moot. It is further 1

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial during the Court's February 7, 2022, Denver, Colorado, trial session. Because this trial session is being conducted remotely via Zoomgov, the place of trial is for administrative purposes only. The undersigned will be presiding. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties: (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the Court's February 7, 2022, Denver, Colorado, trial session, and (2) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for that trial session. It is further
