ORDER
Patrick J. Urda Judge
This case is currently calendared on the Court's New York, New York, trial session, scheduled to begin April 25, 2022. On February 11, 2022, petitioner Mahmoud Sabour filed an unopposed motion for document subpoena hearing requesting a date for a subpoena hearing for the production of documents necessary to Ms. Sabour's case. [Doc. 7.] On February 16, 2022, the Court granted Mr. Sabour's motion and scheduled a hearing on the status of the case at a Washington, D.C. special hearing session of the Court conducted remotely starting at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern time) on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. [Doc. 8.]
Mr. Sabour served the document subpoena on FCLS Enterprise LLC, FCLS Enterprises Corp., FCLS Corp., and FCLS Car and Limousine Services, Inc. (collectively FCLS entities) on February 25, 2022. [Doc. 12.] Counsel for FCLS Enterprises appeared at the document subpoena hearing, but the matter was not resolved at the remote documents subpoena hearing. On March 24, 2022, Mr. Sabour filed a motion to enforce subpoena asking the Court to issue an Order enforcing the subpoenas or in the alternative, to grant such other and further relief as this Court may deem just, proper and equitable. [Doc. 12.] Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before April 8, 2022, FCLS entities shall either file a response to Mr. Sabour's motion to enforce subpoena or a motion to quash. It is further
ORDERED that, in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order and a copy of Ms. Sabour's motion to enforce on Weinberg, Gross, & Pergament LLP, ATTN: Mark Pergament, 400 Garden City Plaza, Suite 403, Garden City, New York 11530 and on Wael Abdelatif, 38-11 Ditmars Blvd. #104, Astoria, New York 11105.
