DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered January 11, 2012, and to enjoin the petitioner-respondent from pursuing any application for development of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
