PER CURIAM
Appellant's brief was due November 4, 2024. On November 5, 2024 we issued a notice regarding appellant's late brief. On November 18, 2024 and November 21, 2024, we notified appellant that appellant's document submission was rejected because it did not comply with the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. We directed appellant to resubmit the motion within one business day. See Tex. R. App. Pro. 9.4(k). Appellant filed no response.
Accordingly, we order appellant to file a brief with this court within thirty (30) days of the date of this order. If appellant fails to do so, the appeal is subject to dismissal without further notice for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b).
