This case is currently set for trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 27, 2023, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On November 21, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties during which they informed the Court that they had reached a basis for settlement. To allow time to submit a proposed stipulated decision to the Court, it is

ORDERED that this case is continued, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. The parties need not appear at the November 27, 2023, trial session. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision to the Court by December 22, 2023.
