ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced letter is recharacterized as a Motion for Extension of Time. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time is granted in that the due date to file a proper amended petition and pay the Court's filing fee is extended to November 29, 2022.
