On August 1, 2024, the Court filed in the above-docketed case its Opinion, 163 T.C. No. 3, explaining the Court's lack of jurisdiction in this case.

Upon due consideration, and pursuant to the determination of the Court, as set forth in 163 T.C. No. 3, filed on August 1, 2024, it is

ORDERED that Respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed with the Court on June 21, 2021, is granted and this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
