This case is calendared for hearing at the Court's Las Vegas, Nevada Trial Session set to commence on September 26, 2022.

On September 14, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties at petitioner's request to set a date and time certain for hearing of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed June 21, 2021.
