Appellant, Mary Mistelle Ryan, has filed an unopposed motion to dismiss this appeal. In her motion, Ryan states that the parties have reached an agreement in their pending divorce and that Ryan no longer desires to pursue an appeal. Accordingly, we grant the unopposed motion, and dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1). Opinion delivered April 12, 2017.
