Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. Order denying motion for new trial on the ground of newly-discovered evidence affirmed, without costs. All concur. (The judgment awards damages in an automobile negligence action. The orders deny motions for a new trial on the minutes and upon the ground of newly-discovered evidence.)
