On August 13, 2021, the parties in this case filed with the Court a Joint Status Report which indicates that the parties have reached tentative basis for settlement on all the adjustments proposed in the notice of deficiency and anticipate submitting a stipulated decision pending the resolution of one remaining issue in a related case and securing computations. The parties respectfully request that the Court order that the parties file a stipulated decision or status reports no later than September 17, 2021.
After due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before September 17, 2021, the parties shall submit decision documents or file either separate or joint status reports with the Court as to the then present status of this case.
