CONSENT MOTION TO EXTEND TIME FOR PLAINTIFFS-APPELLANTS TO FILE THEIR REPLY BRIEF

With the written consent of counsel for Secretary Benson, Plaintiffs-Appellants Dan Ryan, Paul Driscoll, Joellen M. Pisarczyk and Myron Zolkewsky hereby request an extension of 7 days, from August 30, 2022, to and including September 6, 2022, in which to file their Reply Brief on appeal.

In support of this request, Plaintiffs-Appellants state that additional time is requested to work on completing and editing the Reply Brief, which has taken longer than originally anticipated, and to allow time for final review to ensure compliance with all applicable rules. Unanticipated deadlines on other matters, along with summer travel schedules, have made it difficult for counsel to complete this brief on time.

For these reasons, Plaintiffs-Appellants request a one-week extension, until September 6, 2022, to file their Reply Brief on appeal.
