Based upon the doctrine of forum non conveniens, we reverse the trial court's order with directions to dismiss the fraudulent inducement claim. See Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.061;Kinney Sys., Inc. v. Continental Ins. Co., 674 So.2d 86 (Fla. 1996); Ciba-Geigy Ltd. v. Fish Peddler, Inc., 691 So.2d 1111 (Fla. 4th DCA), rev. denied, 699 So.2d 1372 (Fla. 1997).

Reversed and remanded with directions.
