Order granting defendant's motion to change the venue from Rockland county to Montgomery county and denying plaintiff's cross-motion to retain the action in Rockland county for the convenience of witnesses affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Scudder, Tompkins, Davis and Johnston, JJ., concur.
