DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Motion for additional parenting time.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition to the motion for additional parenting time, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to February 5, 2016, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for additional parenting time is referred to Justice Lahtinen, who makes the following decision: Motion granted, without costs, only to the extent that, pending determination of the appeal, appellant shall have phone/Skype contact with the child of at least 30 minutes per day.
