BRANDON G. RUSSELL, SR. & AMANDA K. RUSSELL, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

On April 9, 2024 and April 11, 2024, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision and settlement stipulation, respectively. After the Court's review the joint settlement stipulation, it appears that the parties failed to attach a Statement of Account Form 3623 as referenced therein. We will strike this settlement stipulation and direct the parties to re-file. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the joint settlement stipulation filed April 11, 2024, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 2, 2024, the parties shall re-file a settlement stipulation with the Court with the proper attachment.

The proposed stipulated decision document will be held in abeyance until further direction from the Court.
