STIPULATED ORDER REGARDING PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO 4100 SUNSET COURT ACCOUNT

Upon stipulation of the parties, with the Court otherwise fully advised in the premises:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants Bronson Heating Cooling, Inc. and Andrew Bronson produce to Plaintiff all documents responsive to Request to Produce No. 1 of Plaintiff's 3^rd Set of Discovery Requests, to wit: all financial records generated during the time period of Plaintiff's employment relative to the 4100 Sunset Court labor and materials account, including any accounting reports, accounts payables and/or accounts receivables, and bank statements that show payments or charges relative to the 4100 Sunset Court account.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants produce such documents no later than ten (10) days after entry of this Order.

This Order does not waive Plaintiff's right to file a second motion to compel, or to seek attorneys' fees and costs, should Defendants fail to produce documents responsive to Plaintiff's discovery request.
