Russ v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Oct 10, 1974
301 So. 2d 136 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1974)

Opinion

No. V-470.

October 10, 1974.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Duval County; John S. Cox, Judge.

Richard W. Ervin, III, Public Defender; and David J. Busch, Asst. Public Defender, for appellant.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., and A.S. Johnston, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

Appellant seeks reversal of her conviction in a jury trial on charges of assault with intent to commit murder for which she was sentenced to eight years imprisonment.

We have carefully reviewed the record on appeal, transcript of the proceedings and the briefs filed by counsel. Our consideration thereof requires a conclusion that no prejudicial error was committed in the trial court. Accordingly, the judgment and sentence appealed herein is affirmed.

JOHNSON, Acting C.J., and SPECTOR and BOYER, JJ., concur.
