Motions by respondent wife to dismiss the appellant husband's appeals from an order denying his motion for a change of venue and from an order granting the wife's motion for alimony pendente lite and for counsel fees. Motions granted; both appeals dismissed, without costs. Cross motion by the appellant husband: (1) for a stay of the order awarding the wife temporary alimony and counsel fees, pending his appeal therefrom; (2) for leave to dispense with printing on such appeal; and (3) for other relief. Motion denied. Nolan, P.J., Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur; Beldock, J., not voting.
