ZANDRA TARNESA RUSHING, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 296th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 296-82667-2015

ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.

When appellant's brief was not filed, we ordered the trial court to conduct a hearing. On April 10, 2017, appellant tendered her brief along with a previously-filed motion asking us to grant an extension. In the interest of expediting the appeal and because we have not received the trial court's findings, we VACATE the March 8, 2017 order requiring findings.

We GRANT appellant's April 7, 2017 motion and ORDER appellant's brief filed as of the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable John Roach Jr., Presiding Judge, 296th Judicial District Court, and to counsel for all parties.
