Before the Court is the parties' joint motion to dismiss the appeal. The parties inform the Court that they have settled their differences. In accordance with the parties' agreement, we vacate the trial court's judgment and dismiss the case. See Tex. R. App. P. 43.2(e).
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to issue the mandate forthwith.
