ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court set to commence on November 7, 2022, in Cleveland, Ohio.

On November 3, 2022, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that on November 2, 2022, respondent sent a draft decision document package out to petitioners for signature. During a teleconference on November 2, 2022 between respondent and petitioner, it was brought to respondent's attention that there was a computation error. Respondent promptly requested revised computations and informed the Court that the parties are awaiting those computations. The parties have requested an additional thirty (30) days in which to submit decision documents in this case.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's Trial Session set to commence on November 7, 2022, in Cleveland, Ohio. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 7, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court decision documents or a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court.
