Appeal, No. 125, Jan. T., 1943, from decree of O. C. Delaware Co., June T., 1942, No. 151, in Estate of Catherine E. Rupert, deceased. Decree affirmed.

Appeal to orphans' court from probate of alleged will. Before McDONOUGH, P. J.

Decree entered dismissing appeal. Contestant appealed.

William B. McClenachan, Jr., with him Clarence G. Smedley and Raymond R. Start, for appellant.

Elgin E. Weest, with him Theodore Smithers, for appellees.


The decree of the court below in the above-entitled case is affirmed, appellant to pay the costs.
