IT IS ORDERED that Rule 32(c)(24), Rules of the Supreme Court, be amended in accordance with the attachment hereto,* effective as of the date of signing.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the stay order issued on June 30, 2003, is hereby vacated.
