This case is calendared for trial at the June 3, 2024, Portland, Maine, Trial Session of the Court.

On May 13, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report indicating Appeals and petitioners have reached a preliminary agreement and that respondent conceded the penalty under I.R.C. § 6662. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's June 3, 2024, Portland, Maine, Trial Session. Petitioners are not expected to appear at the calendar call on Monday, June 3, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 2, 2024, the parties shall either submit stipulated decision documents or file a joint status report detailing the then-current status of this case.
