PER CURIAM

On October 30, 2024, appellee filed a brief that is not in compliance with the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure due to its length. See Tex. R. App. Pro. 9.4. On October 30, 2024, appellee filed a motion for this court to accept the non-compliant brief. The motion is denied.

Accordingly, we order appellee's brief filed October 30, 2024, stricken. Appellee is ordered to file a brief that complies with the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure within thirty (30) days of this order. The court will not delay submission if appellee fails to file a compliant brief.
