ORDER

Before this Court is appellant's January 9, 2018 motion to abate for permission to obtain additional clerk's records. Appellant states that on January 9, 2018 he submitted a supplemental request for the clerk's record in appellant's original indictment in cause no. 218-81551-08.

We GRANT appellant's motion to the extent that we ORDER Lynne Finley, Collin County District Clerk, to file the supplemental clerk's record within FOURTEEN DAYS of the date of this order. Appellant's brief is due within FORTY-FIVE DAYS of the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Lynne Finley and counsel for the parties.
