Appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on November 29, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of John A. Cirando, Esq., sworn to May 13, 2013, and May 24, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Eugene W. Lane, Esq., dated May 23, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 12, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date May 13, 2013, and inserting in its place the date July 26, 2013.
