ORDER

The reporter's record in the above styled and numbered cause was due May 10, 2018 the court having granted a fifth and third final extension of time until such date. As of this date the reporter's record has not been filed.

It is therefore ORDERED that the trial judge conduct a hearing to determine why the reporter's record has not been completed. The trial court is instructed to determine the earliest date by which the court reporter can complete the record and file it with this Court. The trial court shall make written findings and recommendations and file them with the trial court clerk. The reporter's record of the hearing and the supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's findings shall be certified and forwarded to this office on or before June 13, 2018.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 14 day of May, 2018.
