Defendant-appellant having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect the appeals taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 25, 2022 (Case No. 2022-04255), and from a judgment, same court, entered on or about September 22, 2022 (Case No. 2022-04356), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the time in which to perfect the appeals is extended to the December 2023 Term of this Court.
