This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on January 9, 2023, in Jacksonville, Florida. On October 29, 2022, petitioners filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. Therein, petitioners do not state respondent's views regarding the granting of this motion. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before December 5, 2022, respondent shall file with the Court and serve on petitioners a response to petitioners' Motion for Summary Judgment. Failure to respond as required by this Order may be deemed consent to the relief sought in the motion.
