Rudnick v. Tuckman

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Oct 16, 1951
279 App. Div. 574 (N.Y. App. Div. 1951)

Opinion

October 16, 1951.

Present — Glennon, J.P., Cohn, Callahan, Van Voorhis and Shientag, JJ.

Order unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements. While the first separate defense may not be good technically as a defense of res judicata, enough is alleged to show payment in full for services rendered by plaintiff in the separation action.
