Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2019, filed September 20, 2021, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 22, 2021, petitioner shall file an Objection, if any, to respondent's above-referenced motion. Failure to file an objection may result in the granting of respondent's motion. Petitioner is advised that respondent's motion does not relate to petitioner's claims with respect to tax years 2012, 2017, and 2018.
