Juan Rubio-Benavides appeals the dismissal of his claims against General R.V. Center, Inc., in his action against General R.V. and Bank of the West. We affirm the dismissal without prejudice to Rubio-Benavides' right to refile his claims against General R.V. in Michigan state court.

Affirmed.
