Petition for a writ of habeas corpus seeking custody of the petitioner's minor child, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Litchfield, where the court, R. Walsh, J., granted the respondent's motion to quash the petition and rendered judgment dismissing the petition, from which the petitioner appealed to this court. Affirmed.
