Rubin v. Grieco

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Dec 20, 1989
553 So. 2d 782 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1989)

Opinion

Nos. 89-1444, 89-2817.

December 20, 1989.

Consolidated appeals of non-final orders from the Circuit Court for Palm Beach County; Karen L. Martin, Judge.

Ned Kimmelman of Ned Kimmelman, P.A., Boca Raton, for appellants.

Christopher W. Boyden of Boyden Laufer, Attorneys, North Palm Beach, for appellee.

AFFIRMED. We affirm the trial court's entry of a temporary injunction against appellant, Ramona Rubin, in all respects. As to appellant Shawn Nithal, we construe the injunctive order only to prohibit Nithal from employing Rubin in the manner set out in the injunction. Nithal is not otherwise restrained from conducting business. So construed, we affirm the temporary injunction in all respects.

HERSEY, C.J., and ANSTEAD and LETTS, JJ., concur.
