Upon due consideration of respondent's response to the Court's June 7, 2022, Order and the Letter received from petitioners dated June 17, 2022, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 8, 2022, respondent shall file a corrected certificate of service demonstrating that a copy of the notice was sent to petitioner Rubenstein at his address of record. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners are reminded that documents in the nature of evidence are not to be submitted to the Court at this time. Documents should be shared with counsel for respondent, and the opportunity to present documentary evidence will be available at trial.
