RSO Records, Inc. v. Wood

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Nov 1, 1979
72 A.D.2d 681 (N.Y. App. Div. 1979)

Opinion

November 1, 1979

Order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered May 21, 1979, denying petitioners' application for preaction discovery affirmed, as a matter of discretion, without costs or disbursements. In the circumstances here presented, we think the interests of justice and of the parties would best be served by deferring discovery until after the action has been commenced.
