Petitioner's “Petition to File for Writ of Certiorari” and “Petition/Requesting to File an Appeal to Supreme Court of Florida”, filed April 11, 2012, have been treated as notice to invoke discretionary jurisdiction.

Petitioner's “Petition to File for Rehearing and a Petition for Rehearing En Banc” is stricken as unauthorized. SeeFlorida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.330(b). Petitioner's Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis is hereby denied as moot.

Having determined that this Court is without jurisdiction, this case is hereby dismissed. See Stallworth v. Moore, 827 So.2d 974 (Fla.2002).

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court.
