On March 6, 2024, petitioners filed a motion for summary judgment. Upon further review, it appears that the attachment to the motion was not properly redacted pursuant to Rule 27(a), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, as to dates of birth and names of minor children.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' above-referenced motion is sealed and shall be retained in a sealed file by the Court which shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court.
